The cubit is the primary currency used on the Twelve Colonies in the Re-imagined Series, and is named after the currency used in the Original Series.

Series relevance

As the primary means of currency in the Colonies, both the coin and paper form appear in various episodes of the series: during triad games, when buying goods from vendors (and the black market, and when trying to bribe their way on Raptors.

Notes

• The designs on the money include a production version of the Colonial seal from Ken Rabehl, as well as the term "Seventh Millennium of Time". That term is from the Original Series, as the opening events of that series are set near the beginning of that millennium of time.
• The only currencies available, at least in the graphic form, are 100, 500, and 1000 cubit increments.
